Shipping policy: All products are not shipped until paid in full or fully paid off. Items will be shipped carefully in bubble wrap, packing tape, and appropriately sized boxes. If you would like extra things to be sent with your purchase please contact us. We offer scrap fur, badges, and reference sheets for free. Other items like T-shirts, dolls, props, canvases, keyrings, sculptures, and extra parts are an extra cost. 

Return Policy: If the item you ordered was not up to your expectations you can return your product to be refunded or replaced as soon as possible. Parts may be returned to be replaced or repaired for no extra cost. Do not purposely destroy custom products and send them back, you will not get any money or products in return, sorry. If a small pop seam or a small detail seems to be easily fixed, I recommend you repair it yourself after given specific instructions. shipping and handling cost money so please be respectful and honest about returns and refund inquiries.

Warranty Policy: Please do not destroy or damage the received items on purpose and demand a refund, you will not get one. Proof of damage or craftsman error must be sent to me honestly and respectfully for a confirmed refund or refurbishment. If a fursuit part needs to be upgraded for your own preference please let me know and I will change it for you. If you have failed to follow fursuit care instructions and damaged the suit yourself, I will not replace it or give a refund. 

Privacy Policy: Any personal information you have given will not be sold or stolen. Private messages will be between you and me only. Any private information about yourself will not be asked for.
