Our terms of service (TOS)

•Payment: Must be paid off in full or paid in a down payment of at least 50%. I will not work on a commission until paid at least 50%. NO CHARGE BACKS. I can start right away with a sketch if there are trust issues with artists and you must pay after seeing the water marked sketch. If theres no payment after a sketch I will discontinue the project and move on. I only accept payments through PayPal or through my Etsy store. Refunds are available but only under certain circumstances.



                         
        Floof Heaven *LEGAL* agreements  

~Do not erase or cover up my pen name on art I sell to you. After paying for an art commission, please do not post the un-watermarked image I give you. Please try to remember crediting me at least once on on your social media pages for making customs/fursuit parts for you.

~Do not steal my art or images of any of my work. I can legally sue anyone who reposts my art and CLAIMS it as their work. You have absolutely zero rights printing and selling art or customs prints I have sold to you. All rights are reserved for my art and creations. 

~Do not harass me. This means no begging for  free stuff, pleas for forgiveness,  demands to role play, spamming any of my inboxes, harassing me to lower prices,  scamming me to get free merchandise without paying, and forcing me to give you any personal information about myself.

~ Be prepared before you order commissions. I would really appreciate if all references and cash for full or partial payments are in hand. You can send many references and written descriptions. Please make your reference as clear as you can, you dont not have to be a great artist, there are many free templates on google!

~ Please be responsive and respectful. Before and after you commission us we will be sending lots of questions and pictures so please respond  to us accordingly so everything about your commission is correct.

~ You must prove you are 18+ with an I.D with proof that the I.D belongs to you (driver's license, and photo proof it is yours) to buy NSFW art or fursuit parts. NSFW art cannot be VIEWED without an ID as well

Poses and context (art illustrations) : characters being nude, doing modeling poses, expressing strong emotions, being romantic or flirty with each other , interacting, doing everyday things (eating, sleeping, etc.), speaking with a speech bubble or holding up signs, characters snarling or grinning, drinking or smoking.

Types of art: Line art, sketches, YCH (your character here), reference sheets, headshots, bust shots, full-body shots, multiple characters, heavy rendering, digital painting, 

JPEGs, PNGs, character stills (for Vtubers)

Species (WON‘T DRAW) Anime, nekomimi, humans, inbred deformed characters, robots, grotesque demonic monsters (I can do creepy scary monsters it just has to not have upside-down crosses or pentacles shown), goat gods, characters that have the mark of the beast on their head or hand, overly colorful characters with too many pattern designs, occultist designs 

Sex (WON’T DRAW) (art illustrations) : Rape, necrophilia, bestiality, grooming, incest, pedophilia, orgies, cheating, too rough sex (violent sex), bottoms in distress, obvious unwanted pain, BDSM gone too far, weird age gaps, unwanted sexual attention, poop play, pee play, blood play, vulgar language, cuck holding, slut worship, sex work, sex of two very different types of animal characters (example: feral female x male anthro) , inter-species sex (human x anthro/feral character), sad depressing sex, sex of characters with a huge difference in size, hate f***ing, lame life-less sex, sex that has minors watching or around, sex trafficking, sexual abuse at any means, 

Substances and items (WON’T DRAW) (art illustrations): hard drugs (crack, cocaine, narcotics, pills, pescription drugs , heroin, spice, inhalants, research chemicals, ecstasy, etc.), weapons with blood on it or aimed to do offensive harm, severed body parts, money stacks, vehicles, corpses, skulls and bones, injection needles, parasites, tombstones, crystal balls, tarot cards, ouija boards, Wiccan altars, pendulums, pentacles, upside-down crosses, diseases, razor blades, barbed wires, any sign that says things that are too “edgy”(self-loathing, cursing, hate, apathy), bloody objects that imply violence

Effects (WON’T DO): Mass amount of blood, ghosts, demons, any effects directed TO a character that will harm or kill them

Backgrounds (WON’T DO): nature scenery, city scenery, indoor scenes, outdoor scenes, overly bloody, edgy themes (teeth, bones, razor blades, barbed wires, etc), curse words, schizophrenic  scribbles and mess, ominous themes (symbols of hate, witchcraft, Satan, occult, gangs, etc.) 

Poses and context (WON’T DO): characters cursing, doing the middle finger, doing witch craft, bullying or harming other characters, doing self harm or committing suicide, killing living things or characters, doing violent behavior, being strung out on hard drugs, prostituting (sexualized character + being given money), committing theft, gorging themselves with food, cheating in relationships, being overly  lethargic or sad, saying or showing signs of lies or misinformation about anything or anyone

Types of art (WON’T DO): art that is extremely rendered art that takes lots of time to get right, comics, tutorials, templates, animations, and copy right characters/ characters you do not legally own.

FURSUIT ORDER REQUIREMENTS: 

 -Have a PayPal account ready/ have an Etsy account with shipping and payment set up

-I.D to verify your age 

-Make and ship a duct-tape dummy (bodysuit)

 -Measurements of your head and or arms (head and arm sleeves)

 -Digital art references of your character
